What we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: your first and last name, email address, and — optionally — your company name, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from an external provider, so visiting this site does not share your IP address with third parties.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request, as a step prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To protect the form against automated abuse, we briefly record the IP address of submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We never use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell or rent them.
Who can see it
Your message is delivered to our mailbox and stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers, acting as processors on our behalf. No other party receives your data unless we are legally required to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. Anti-abuse records are deleted automatically after one hour. Where an engagement follows, the related correspondence is kept for the duration of our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its portability. Write to info@lucidconsulting.be and we will answer within one month.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
